Country music superstar Morgan Wallen shared some disappointing news with fans in a post on his social media accounts earlier today.
Wallen updated fans by letting them know that, after resting his voice for the last 10 days, doctors have ordered him to take 6 more weeks of rest after he re-injured his vocal chords.

According to Wallen, doctors have requested that he not speak at all, but he insisted on sharing a video of himself so fans can see how disappointed he is with the situation.
As mentioned in his social media post, Wallen is working to reschedule many of the concerts he’s being forced to postpone, but will be unable to accomplish that goal for every performance.
As such, Morgan Wallen will be unable to attend many of the festivals he expected to perform at this summer, nor will he perform at the Academy of Country Music Awards this Thursday.
We wish Morgan Wallen the best, and hope he’s feeling better and back on stage soon.
